陈佩斯，1954年5月29日出生于吉林省长春市，是中国著名的喜剧演员、导演、编剧和制片人。

陈佩斯早年毕业于中央戏剧学院表演系，曾任中央戏剧学院话剧团演员。1984年，他与搭档朱时茂合作创作并主演了小品《吃面条》，一炮而红。此后，他又创作并主演了《主角与配角》、《胡椒面》、《王爷与邮差》等一系列脍炙人口的小品，成为中国小品界的领军人物。
